Real Estate Assistant - AI Start Up

We’re looking for a highly organized, proactive Real Estate Assistant to support our fast-growing, tech-enabled real estate platform. This role is critical to ensuring a smooth experience for home buyers by coordinating property showings, responding to buyer questions, and engaging new leads via text.

You’ll be the connective tissue between buyers, showing agents, and listing agents—keeping everything moving quickly and clearly.

You will be speaking with clients in the U.S., so we are looking for a native English speaker, or as close to native as possible. Spanish is a plus. Experience with inside sales is also a plus. Additionally, you will be tested on your typing skills and written communication in the interview. You need to have stable internet, a quiet workspace, and a headset. Knowledge of real estate is not necessarily mandatory for the right candidate, but it is strongly preferred. Must be coachable, and have a growth mindset!

What You’ll Do

Showing Coordination

  • Coordinate property showings between home buyers, showing agents, and listing agents

  • Confirm availability, schedule appointments, and handle reschedules or cancellations

  • Ensure all parties are aligned on timing, access instructions, and expectations

Buyer Support & Property Research

  • Respond to home buyer inquiries about specific properties in a timely, professional manner

  • Gather property information by:

  • Communicating directly with listing agents

  • Researching public records, MLS data, disclosures, and online sources when available

  • Clearly summarize and relay information back to buyers

Lead Engagement & Handoff

  • Text new home buyer leads as they come in

  • Qualify interest and coordinate a time for the internal team to connect with the buyer

  • Ensure warm, well-documented handoffs to the appropriate team member

What We’re Looking For

  • Strong written communication skills (especially over text/SMS)

  • Extremely organized and comfortable managing multiple conversations at once

  • Familiarity with real estate workflows is a plus (but not required)

  • Comfortable using modern tools (CRM systems, messaging platforms, calendars, spreadsheets)

  • Calm, professional, and friendly when interacting with buyers and agents

  • Self-starter who thrives in a remote environment

Nice to Have

  • Prior experience in real estate operations, transaction coordination, or virtual assistance

  • Experience communicating with real estate agents or brokerages

  • Comfort working across different time zones or extended hours coverage
