Senior Growth Marketing Manager

IPinfo is a rapidly growing ā€œdata as a serviceā€ provider delivering accurate and proprietary data to thousands of developers and enterprises around the world. Our data is used to enrich applications, personalise online experiences, and manage security risks. Weā€™re at an exciting stage of evolution, and weā€™re looking for a growth-obsessed Senior Growth Marketing Manager to join the marketing team.

The Role

This is an owner/executor role, where you will lead and optimise paid digital campaigns with a focus on driving self-serve conversions and enterprise customer acquisition. You will have expertise in paid media strategy, retargeting, audience segmentation, and performance optimization.

Working alongside email, CRO, SEO, and brand, you will have a direct input into a high-growth strategy. We work in an agile, ā€˜nothing-off-tableā€™ environment where everyone collaborates towards driving conversions and fuelling growth.

What you will do

  • Paid Campaign Strategy and Execution

    You will develop, execute, and manage IPinfoā€™s paid digital programs across platforms such as Google Ads, LinkedIn, X, Meta, and programmatic advertising networks.

  • Retargeting and Remarketing

    Implement and optimize retargeting/personalisation campaigns to re-engage users who have previously interacted with our website, content, or ads.

  • Own All Digital Acquisition Channels

    You will test and own the wider digital acquisition strategy on channels like Quora, Stack Overflow, Reddit, and many others.

  • Performance Optimization

    Continually analyse campaign performance optimising for key metrics such as CPA, CTR, and ROI. A/B test ad copy, visuals, audience targeting, and landing pages to improve conversions.

  • Data Driven Decision Making

    Use tools like Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and ad platform dashboards to track campaign performance and make informed, data-driven decisions on the best strategies.

  • Budget Management

    Allocate and manage budgets effectively to ensure maximum ROI across campaigns. 

About You - the Skills, Knowledge, and Experience you will need

  • 4+ years experience in a similar role

  • Deep knowledge of paid media and retargeting with a strong focus on conversion optimisation

  • Demonstrated ability to analyze data, derive actionable insights, and apply them to optimize marketing efforts that drive B2B conversions

  • Expertise in  PPC, Google Ads, Social Ads (X, LinkedIn, Meta), Retargeting techniques, and programmatic platforms and analytics tools (Google Analytics, Social Analytics, GTM) together with a keen interest in emerging AI marketing technologies  

  • Commercially astute, data-driven, and focused on ROI and business outcomes

  • An entrepreneurial mindset ā€” you get a kick out of unblocking yourself and others, fixing whatā€™s broken, learning new tools, and taking ownership where needed to move the needle

  • Comfortable in a scale-up environment, working in a fully remote and globally distributed team

  • A passion for technology with knowledge or active interest in the internet and internet data concepts
