What You’ll Do

• Convert warm inbound & outbound leads into happy customers

• Master our proven sales process (training included)

• Hit goals, track performance, and climb leaderboards

• Join live coaching sessions & sales huddles weekly

• Compete for bonuses, incentives, and bragging rights

Compensation

• Base Salary: $1,750 USD/month during training, and commission—the more customers you retain, the more you can build over time.

• Note: Compensation is negotiable

• Strong English (written & spoken)

• Proven sales or customer-focused experience (home services a plus)

• Laser-focused, coachable, and hungry for growth

• Detail-oriented, you follow instructions and finish strong
