We're a sales development and appointment setting agency, recognized as one of the top 5 companies in the world in our space. We’ve been around for 4 years and have a remote team of roughly 60 people. We work with lots of B2B tech clients who typically have between 50-1000 employees. We’re a bootstrapped company with high growth, having 2-3x revenue every year since we started. In 2025 alone, we’re on pace to 2.5x revenue compared to 2024.
About You
4+ years of sales & account management experience, ideally in a fast-paced agency environment
Familiarity with CRMs such as HubSpot & Salesforce
Expert in contact data tools such as ZoomInfo, SalesIntel, Apollo, or Clay
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, especially in a remote environment
Ability to stay organized, manage your time effectively, and prioritize
Reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace for remote work
Role and Responsibilities
Assist CSMs with filtering, targeting, and campaign strategy
Join onboarding calls for all new clients
Track churn, reduce churn, and execute client upselling opportunities in PandaDoc
Support clients by joining check-in calls when necessary
Hire, manage, and train CSMs
Have 1v1 with each CSM and review their accounts, and work on where they can improve individually
Track each CSM and their individual client churn
Track top churn by client type/industry as well as churn reason
Build out processes and SOPs in Notion
SDR assignment/allocation to projects
Ability to shift gears fast from client to client

Having worked at an agency, it would be nice. This role is a blend of customer success and sales acumen in developing outbound strategy and campaigns for our clients. You need to be familiar with tools like Sales Intel, ZoomInfo, Clay, and how to do list building. 4+ years in sales and account management would be ideal.
Salary Range
$7000-$8500/month
Time zone preference/overlapping hours
This is a fully remote role but you need to be working USA working hours, ideally Central or Eastern.
