Executive Assistant / Personal Assistant (Work Hard, Have Fun, Long-Term Role)

This is a full-time remote position to work closely with two business owners on daily tasks and projects (oftentimes personal needs), helping them to increase productivity and their quality of life.

WHAT YOU’LL DO 🏪

- Manage a personal CRM to help keep in touch with friends and family.

- Send amazing birthday gifts and other thoughtful gifts.

- Conduct product research.

- Design/redesign documents, powerpoints, etc.

- Research and book travel, hotels, and restaurant reservations.

- Track habits and act as an accountability partner for personal goals.

- Assist with special projects as needed.
