Head of Operations for Growing Hospitality Business

If you are a super hardworking (55-60+ hours / week), organized, technology-forward individual who wants to solve hard/messy operations problems and work very closely with the founders of a growing business, this could be the job for you. Your mission will be to fuel our growth by ensuring our operations run seamlessly and our quality standards stay top-notch.

WHO WE ARE

Founded by two brothers in 2023 and now a team of 25+, we’re a fast-growing operator of unattended retail stores in the United States.

We create and operate small, beautiful self-checkout stores where our customers can get what they need in a jiffy.

The company is bootstrapped and focused on sustainable growth — we are not a startup; we are building a great business.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

  • Manage our Operations team to ensure that our stores are well-stocked, beautiful, and performing (revenue + profit).

  • Unattended stores don’t have someone onsite to monitor for and solve problems. You’ll be in charge of making sure these problems get kicked in the ass — quickly and efficiently.

  • Identify areas of our operating system that are ripe for improvement and work with appropriate team members to implement new SOPs and SOP changes.

  • Work with our installation teams to ensure smooth installations and launches.

  • Find ways to creatively increase revenue and profits.

  • Coach our team members to be more effective.

WHO YOU ARE

  • You are fluent in English.

  • You kick ass no matter what problem is in your way.

  • You have experience as an Operations leader working with remote teams, as a Founder of a company, as a Property Management leader, or similar relevant roles.

  • You know what it’s like to work on small teams and get your hands dirty.

  • You’re good/great with technology.

  • You have a strong sense of ownership and accountability — in our small company, you will be the decision-maker and directly responsible for outcomes.

  • You have high motivation and a commitment to working hard. We work hard to achieve big goals here.

  • You have excellent interpersonal skills with a passion for mentoring and improving team performance.
