NUOPTIMA operates under the leadership of Alexej Pikovsky, Founder and CEO of Alphawell Brands, a holding company with multiple successful internet businesses. As we continue to grow rapidly, we are looking for an experienced and client-focused SEO Account Manager to join our team.

Position Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated SEO Account Manager to project-manage client campaigns and serve as a key point of contact for client communication. You will be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day management of SEO projects, coordinating with internal teams, delivering exceptional client service, and ensuring timely responses to all client needs. The ideal candidate has a background in digital marketing, experience working in a marketing agency, and the ability to manage multiple projects and client relationships simultaneously.

This is not a sales role but rather a client management and project coordination position, ensuring campaigns stay on track and clients remain satisfied. Some knowledge of SEO is required (or the ability to ask for help and collaborate with internal experts effectively).

Key Responsibilities

  • Client Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, ensuring quick responses and excellent customer satisfaction.

  • Project Coordination: Work closely with internal SEO specialists to ensure effective implementation of SEO strategies and solutions.

  • Reporting: Prepare and present SEO performance reports to clients, explaining the results and any recommended adjustments to strategies.

  • Problem-Solving: Identify and resolve any issues or roadblocks to ensure project success.

  • Client Retention: Build and maintain long-term client relationships by delivering value and proactive account management.

  • Documentation: Track tasks and communications in CRM or project management tools to ensure smooth workflow and accountability.

Qualifications

  • Experience: 2+ years of experience in an agency environment managing client accounts (SEO or digital marketing experience preferred).

  • Communication: Excellent written and spoken English (near-native proficiency) and the ability to confidently lead client calls and presentations.

  • Project Management: Strong organizational and multitasking skills to manage multiple accounts simultaneously.

  • Operations Support: Assist the Operations Lead with various delegated tasks, including workflow management, tracking client requests, and handling administrative responsibilities related to client projects.

  • Problem-Solving: Identify and resolve any issues or roadblocks to ensure project success.

  • SEO Knowledge: Basic understanding of SEO concepts and the ability to coordinate with specialists for technical issues.

  • Collaboration: Ability to work effectively with team members and escalate issues when necessary.

  • Responsiveness: Quick to reply to client queries and able to work under pressure while maintaining professionalism.

  • Tech Tools: Familiarity with CRM and project management tools like Go High Level, Notion and Slack, etc.

Compensation

1,500 USD per month (up to 50% bonus in addition for upselling clients on bigger packages over time)
