Pause Breathwork is entering a big growth year—and we’re building the sales team with intention.

We’re expanding into low-ticket offers for the first time while continuing to sell our flagship high-ticket programs. This creates more connection, more buyer proximity, and more opportunity—and we’re looking for an SDR who feels aligned with the vision and ready to help steward this next chapter.

This role is for someone who is motivated to close—conversations, commitments, and next steps—while staying deeply rooted in integrity and care.

The Role

As an SDR at Pause Breathwork, your work is to create momentum with the right people.

Your primary focus is clear:

Consistently book 4 quality sets per day.

You’ll support paid buyers and warm leads who already feel the pull, guiding them forward through thoughtful, grounded conversations. Sometimes that’s booking an enrollment call. Sometimes it’s facilitating a fast checkout. Always, it’s about helping someone take the next aligned step.

This role also requires strong operational awareness. HighLevel (GHL) is our CRM, and it’s essential that you know how to use it to your advantage—not just log activity.

Your day includes:

  • Intentional dials with paid buyers and warm leads

  • DM, SMS, and voice-note conversations (especially on Instagram)

  • Following through with care, consistency, and confidence

  • Owning your pipeline and keeping communication clean with the team

You’re successful in this role when:

  • You consistently book 4 quality sets per day

  • You move conversations forward with clarity and calm

  • You take responsibility for your numbers and your CRM hygiene

  • You use HighLevel to stay organized, proactive, and intentional

  • You notice what’s working, adjust what isn’t, and speak up early

  • You treat relationship-building and results as equally important
