
Growth Marketing Manager
About us
Premium Invention has been around for 7 years. We sell premium security cameras (~$500) across North America, and we're launching multiple new products this year. We need someone to own the daily execution of our marketing engine. You will primarily execute on Google, Meta, email marketing, CRO, and SEO, contributing to strategy along the way.

Responsibilities
Paid acquisition — daily, hands-on management of 5-figure monthly ad spend across Google and Meta. You're in the accounts every week adjusting creatives, planning structure, testing, and executing.
Email — build and optimize all flows (welcome, abandoned cart, post-purchase, winback). Run new campaigns and continuously optimize flows based on data and customer behavior.
SEO — work alongside our copywriter to improve organic ranking, product page indexing, and blog strategy.
CRO — work with Hotjar to analyze our website and test different opportunities to increase conversion rate.
Analytical research — go deep into our analytics, understand what's truly going on, and propose plans.
Weekly reporting — deliver a clear weekly performance report every Monday with actionable recommendations.
Requirements
Managed Google and Meta Ads at a minimum of $30K+/month USD
Built Klaviyo flows yourself (not directed someone else to do it)
Strong understanding of conversion rate optimization
Experience with SEO ranking
Experience with physical products (DTC ecommerce)
Strong written English
Open to executing within a defined strategy — you'll provide input and recommendations, but final calls on positioning and creative direction sit elsewhere
