Paid Social - Manager

We are looking for a skilled and results-driven Paid Social Manager to join our growing agency. The ideal candidate will be able to contribute to the overall success of our clients by creating and executing high-impact paid social strategies that align with their business objectives. This role requires a strong understanding of social media marketing, the ability to adapt to new trends and opportunities, and a collaborative mindset to work across teams to achieve optimal results.

As a key player on our marketing team, the Paid Social Manager will work closely with the Senior Growth Marketing Manager, creative teams, and other departments to develop comprehensive social media strategies that drive client growth. The successful candidate will bring their creativity, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills to design and execute innovative ad campaigns that generate tangible results.


Responsibilities

  • Collaborate closely with the Senior Growth Marketing Manager to execute campaign strategies across paid social channels, including Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram), TikTok Ads, Linkedin Ads, Pinterest Ads, Twitter Ads, Snapchat Ads, and Reddit Ads.

  • Lead paid social audits for new and existing clients, identifying areas for improvement and optimizing campaigns for optimal performance.

  • Drive the development, implementation, and management of marketing campaigns tailored to achieve unique growth goals.

  • Optimize the performance of paid social campaigns based on defined KPIs by testing new Audiences, Keywords, Demographics, Bids, Budgets, Ad Placements, and more.

  • Deliver in-depth weekly reports to both internal and external stakeholders, offering clear insights and opportunities for each campaign, target, and creative.

  • Collaborate with media channel owners, the creative team, platform/vendor partners, and key marketing stakeholders to implement best practices across paid social.

  • Be a proactive student of media, staying abreast of advertising trends and leveraging insights to benefit our clients.


Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in paid social advertising, specifically with eCommerce and B2C campaigns.

  • Proven experience in managing large paid social budgets ($50k+) across multiple platforms.

  • Expertise with Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram), with proven success utilizing Advantage+ Catalog Ads.

  • Advanced knowledge of TikTok Ads, including TikTok Shop, LIVE Shopping Ads, and experience with the TikTok Affiliate Platform.

  • Familiarity with TikTok’s new GMV MAX campaign type.

  • Proficiency in Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and ad optimization tools for performance tracking.

  • Experience with creative testing and A/B testing to optimize ad performance and maximize ROI.

  • Strong data analysis and reporting skills, able to translate complex data into actionable insights for clients.

  • Familiarity with eCommerce platforms (Shopify, BigCommerce, etc.) and integrating product feeds for social platforms.

  • Ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously, with a keen eye for detail and focus on achieving client goals.

  • Experience running Google Ads campaigns is a plus.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field is preferred.
