Webflow Developer Needed for Startup

Teamtown is a fast-growing subscription-based design service that works with marketing teams to create high-quality design assets, including social media posts, advertisements, websites, logos, and illustrations.

Our team is mostly located in South America, although we’re a global team.

We’re looking for a Webflow Developer who knows how to bring designs to life with precision, creativity, and performance in mind. This role is perfect for someone who’s fluent in Webflow, comfortable working with advanced animations and CMS logic, and enjoys building clean, scalable sites that look great and load fast.

What You’ll Do

• Build pixel-perfect websites in Webflow from Figma designs

• Implement custom interactions and animations using GSAP

• Use and adapt the Lumen framework to accelerate builds

• Set up and structure Webflow CMS collections with best practices

• Troubleshoot bugs, optimize for performance, and maintain clean class structures

• Collaborate with designers and project managers to ensure smooth handoffs and on-brand execution

You Should Have

• 3+ years of Webflow experience, including CMS and complex builds

• A strong portfolio of live Webflow sites

• Deep experience with GSAP (and when not to use it)

• Familiarity with the Lumen framework

• Working knowledge of responsive design, accessibility, and performance optimization

• Ability to write clean, scalable Webflow builds that others can easily edit

Bonus Points

• Graphic Design experience

• Understanding of SEO best practices within Webflow
