I'm the founder. We're scaling a portfolio of fast-growing US brands β Turf Distributors, Interlocking Products, Biltright, and more β and we're pouring serious money into paid acquisition and additional companies. But traffic isn't the whole game. Right now, too many leads sit in the pipeline and too many existing customers never hear from us again.
We operate in old-school industries that still run on manual, disconnected sales processes. Your mission is to automate an old-school business end to end: take a traditional sales motion and turn it into a modern, automated revenue machine that runs at the leading edge of the industry.
I'm looking for one builder to own everything that happens after the click: the automation, the CRM, and the entire sales process β with our sales team built into the system as part of the flow, not treated as a separate bolt-on step. You'll design the whole engine so my team just executes their piece and the machine does the rest. You'll work hand-in-glove with our paid media operator β they bring the traffic, you turn it into closed revenue and repeat buyers.
Just as important: I want someone with real vision β who brings their own ideas to the table, spots what will move conversion before I ask, and keeps us ahead of the industry instead of catching up to it. This is a founder-level seat for a creative, technical mind with an ownership mentality who wants to help build a company to $1B with lean resources. HOW THIS SEAT FITS: to start, you'll run as a peer alongside our paid media operator and our creative/web lead β all of you reporting directly to me while we build. This is a builder seat, not a middle-management one.
WHAT YOU'LL OWN
- HubSpot + our other CRMs β architect the whole thing: pipelines, lifecycle stages, lead scoring, deal stages, reporting. Make it a machine, not a mess.
- The entire sales process, end to end β nurture sequences, follow-ups, routing, and automations that move leads to close. Critically: build the sales team into the system β the right lead reaches the right rep at the right moment with the right context, so reps sell instead of chasing admin, and every deal flows through one machine rather than a dozen disconnected steps.
- Automate the old-school way of doing things β replace the manual, tribal-knowledge parts of the sales motion with systems that scale.
- Upsell & retention β build the flows that bring existing customers back and increase lifetime value.
- Pipeline conversion β find where deals stall and build the systems that push them to buy.
- Websites & landing pages β build and/or code the pages and funnels this all runs on.
- AI sales agents β deploy and manage AI voice and text agents that support the sale: answering and following up on calls, texting leads, qualifying, booking, and backing up the human reps so no lead goes cold.
- Phone system & lead capture β own the phone/telephony system and make sure every single lead β from a call, a form, a text, an ad β lands cleanly in the machine, routed and tracked. Nothing falls through the cracks.
- AI tooling β use Claude and other AI to build tools for our customers and internal team, and keep this company at the frontier of what AI can do for us.
- Training & enablement tools β build the systems that get everyone up to speed fast: onboarding and training tools for our sales reps, sales leaders, and customers β playbooks, interactive guides, AI-powered help, and product education. Make our knowledge scale without a person having to repeat it every time.
- Partner with the paid media operator β your systems and their traffic have to work as one engine.
You are the person who makes the back half of the funnel run itself.
YOU MUST HAVE
- Deep, hands-on HubSpot expertise β you've architected automation and CRM systems, not just used them.
- A real technical / coding background β you can build and code websites, integrations, and tools yourself.
- Proven experience building with AI (Claude specifically is a big plus) β you've actually shipped AI-powered tools, not just talked about them.
- Experience with AI voice/text agents and phone/telephony systems β you've deployed AI callers/texters or CRMβphone integrations and know how to capture and route every lead (tools like a CCaaS/VoIP platform, conversational AI, call tracking, etc.).
- A creative, systems-thinking mind β you see the whole funnel and build the connective tissue.
- Vision and initiative β you bring your own ideas, push us toward what's next in the industry, and don't wait to be told what to build.
- Understanding of the full revenue motion β lead to nurture to close to upsell to retain.
- The ability to turn knowledge into tools β you can take how our best people sell and package it into training and enablement that scales to reps, leaders, and customers.
- Strong English and comfort working US hours; you'll work closely with me and the paid media operator.
HOW TO APPLY β AND HOW I'LL KNOW YOU'RE REAL

3. Record a 3β5 minute Loom (screen-share + your voice) walking me through #1 and #2 β how you think and how you build.
