We started this journey in 2017, got into the TinySeed Accelerator program last year, and are ready to make our first hire on the sales side to help us continue to grow MRR.

Overview 

We're looking for a highly motivated and ambitious Sales Development Representative to help us grow our business. You’ll be a part of small (but mighty team), which means your direct contributions will be a massive part of our growth and future (if successful). 

We have an established outbound sales process but you'll be expected to take ownership in generating leads and creating opportunities to introduce Trotto to new prospects.

Role Details 

Responsibilities: 

  • Priority #1: Cold call prospects (2-3 hours/day) and earn commissions on booking meetings (quota is 10 meetings/month). 

  • Priority #2: Find new prospects via email, LinkedIn, and other channels. Track and manage sales processes, conversations, and notes using a CRM. Collaborate with the CEO to optimize and refine sales processes. Report internally to the CEO on successes, failures, and progress.

Qualifications: 

  • Demonstrated ability as a high performer to exceed attainment, quota, and grow revenue. 

  • Experience using sales prospecting tools, and other tools to help you hunt, acquire and organize prospects and opportunities. 

  • Ambitious, organized, self-starter, and analytical. Ability to work independently and take full ownership of the role. 

Requirements & Experience: 

  • Proficiency in sales techniques, particularly in cold calling. 

  • Familiarity with sales performance metrics and a results-driven mindset. 

  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills (strong verbal and written English communication skills). 

  • Organized, flexible, and adaptable in a highly fast-paced tech startup environment.

  • Solid technical aptitude and business acumen.
