
Talent Sourcer
ROLE MISSION
We are seeking to bring a Talent Sourcer onto our People & Culture team to help scale 15Five to the next level. The Talent Sourcer will source top, diverse talent with speed, urgency, and integrity and will coordinate each step of the hiring process from start to finish, ensuring a seamless, inclusive, and extraordinary experience for all candidates.
As one of the founding members of our Talent Acquisition team, you have a mission critical role: sourcing and hiring values-aligned Sales Development Representative (SDR) candidates who will achieve the mission and outcomes of their role, given their depth of aptitude and competencies. You will partner with Sales Development Leadership to build high performing and highly engaged SDR teams.
OUTCOMES
Drive a diverse candidate slate through sourcing best practices
Leverage our Applicant Tracking System (ATS) Lever and online recruiting resources such as LinkedIn, social media and alternative sourcing techniques to identify, attract and present top, diverse talent to the SDR leadership team
Develop meaningful partnerships with organizations, communities, colleges, and universities that help source top, diverse SDR candidates
Coordinate each step of the candidate management process for SDR roles
Build subject matter expertise in 15Five’s talent acquisition process
Own coordination and scheduling of interviews across all SDR roles
Maintain candidate information within our applicant tracking system (Lever); ensure data is correct across all systems and reports
Own hiring and pre-onboarding steps: conduct reference checks, send out offer letter, initiate background checks, and kick-off onboarding process
Partner with SDR Leadership to bring in top talent
Partner with Sales Development Managers to deeply understand team needs and culture, and the requirements of the SDR role’s mission, outcomes, and competencies
Act as an advisor to the business, contributing to discussions on how to build winning teams
Ensure that Lever is updated and organized at all times, proactively communicating with Sales Development Managers on the status of the candidate pipeline within 24 hours
Proactively problem solve and provide solutions to interview scheduling and logistics
Provide an extraordinary candidate experience
Proactively communicate with candidates at every step, ensuring that they have all the information they need throughout our talent acquisition process
Respond to candidates within 3 business days
Develop strong relationships with candidates that result in future referrals
Represent 15Five’s values in every interaction with candidates
Consider how to improve the candidate experience through Lever templates and candidate correspondence
Identify opportunities and drive enhancements to our talent brand, talent acquisition processes, and candidate experience

Proven ability to manage high volume of sourcing and resume screens, candidate correspondence, and interview team coordination

Ability to maintain a high level of transparency and frequent communication, with strong written and verbal communication skills
Focused on building trusted relationships with key stakeholders; adopting a sense of urgency with candidate management in order to meet hiring managers’ needs
Operationally savvy and quick to learn and adopt new technologies and processes
Ability to effectively translate our values, culture, and business strategy to our candidates
Ability to think creatively and generate ideas to uplevel our talent acquisition efforts
DESIRED EXPERIENCE
3-5 years of experience in sourcing and recruiting in a fast-paced, hyper growth environment, ideally B2B SaaS
2+ years experience with diversity sourcing
Proven track record of sourcing and hiring top SDR talent
Experience using Lever (or another ATS), Google Suite, and Slack
Experience working in a distributed and remote work environment
SAMPLE WEEK IN THE LIFE
Monday: Start your week aligning on any requisition changes to the Master Hiring Plan. Attend the company-wide Boost meeting, then spend the afternoon scheduling video screens. Attend the weekly Talent Acquisition Team meeting.
Tuesday: Spend the first part of the day in deep work sourcing candidates on LinkedIn and in various communities. Spend the afternoon calendaring group interviews across 3 time zones.
Wednesday: Review resumes for 2 hours, attend a Diversity, Equity, & Inclusion networking event with the goal of meeting 3 new candidates. Have a 1-on-1 meeting with your manager.
Thursday: Email candidates on updates on where they are in the process. Debrief candidate pipeline with SDR leadership. Review resumes and schedule interviews for 2 hours.
Friday: Evaluate priorities for the upcoming week. Schedule video screens, ensure candidate pipeline in Lever is up to-date, and finish up by submitting your 15Five. Proactively identify process improvement opportunities and include them in your 15Five check-in.
