Corporate Events Marketing Specialist

The Role: We’re looking to hire a well-organized events specialist who is passionate about planning events. Reporting to the Senior ABX Manager of Corporate events, this role will be responsible for working on various aspects of events including managing event logistics, registration, tracking deadlines and deliverables, sponsor management, and other aspects of event planning.

Responsibilities:

  • Support the logistics and execution of 6sense’s flagship events (Breakthrough, RevTech Revolution, Inaugural Roadshow, etc.) along with internal staff events (FKO, etc).

  • Own various elements of events as needed, working closely with the Sr. ABX Manager, Corporate Events

  • Create and manage registration, owning the creation of registration pages, tickets, and attendee questions related to registration

  • Manage deadlines and deliverables to ensure events stays on track

  • Follow project templates to complete tasks and keep events well organized

  • Be bold — experiment with creative ideas to differentiate the 6sense brand

  • Travel required to support events onsite

Requirements:

  • 1-2 years experience in event planning

  • Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills

  • Ability to balance multiple tasks in a fast-paced/unstructured environment

  • Ability to think creatively and bring innovative ideas to the table

  • Well organized with ability to keep track of multiple events and deadlines

  • Experience managing registration for events

  • Ability to follow project templates and timelines, working closely with the team to stay on top of tasks
