HR Coordinator

The Role:

You will join our growing People Operations team and help execute on our HR strategy and be hands on with day-2-day administrative tasks.  You should be deadline driven, organized, detail oriented, have great written and oral communication skills, with project management experience, and most importantly personable and approachable.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Own, manage and respond to all HR Jira tickets which include inbound employee questions regarding benefits, payroll, and company policies

  • Manage new hire onboarding process, including tracking new hires, employee set up, organizing and scheduling, creating new employee files, ensuring all necessary paperwork is properly filled out and submitted to appropriate persons and conducting new hire orientations

  • Partner with payroll manager on various payroll & benefits related compliance projects 

  • Partner with payroll manager and process employee leave of absences

  • Collaborate on a variety of HR projects with People Operations Team

Sr. Human Resources Generalist Requirements and Qualifications

  • 2-4 years Sr. People Operations Generalist

  • Benefits Administration including leave of absence

  • HR Project Management Experience

  • Ability to handle multiple projects

  • Working understanding of human resources principles, practices, and procedures

  • Understanding of employment law

  • Excellent Collaborator

  • Strong skills using Microsoft Office Suite

  • Willingness to take initiative

  • Strong communication skills, both oral and written

  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources or related field preferred
