Head of Project Management Office (PMO)

How you will contribute:

  • Deliver beautiful products that change the lives of patients and providers by improving the access to high-quality mental healthcare 

  • Organize and optimize for efficient and high-quality execution of the product roadmap

  • Maintain an up-to-date roadmap with dependencies and dates clearly laid out plus communicating and escalating any blockers or decisions needed with urgency

  • Coach and run the project and program management team by running scrum ceremonies and large cross-team project initiatives such as new country launches or new service lines

  • Demonstrate a mix of intelligence, integrity, domain knowledge, verbal agility, and diplomacy which allows you to rapidly earn the trust of the organization

  • Own the delivery of OKRs, define KPIs and their drivers

  • Inspire, champion, train, and coach as the need arises

Skills you’ll bring:

  • Experienced with delivering high-quality and mission-critical consumer-based applications

  • Previously managed large agile fast past programs involving 5+ delivery teams each with their own scrum ceremonies and product roadmap

  • Adept in all aspects of the software development lifecycle and can keep all dependencies on track with stakeholders updated

  • Able to pitch in where a team is failing from product story writing to user acceptance testing while maintaining role balance and responsibility separation 

  • Drive product, design, security, engineering, and quality goals for each sprint and release

  • Build communication and decision making frameworks for the teams to execute against asynchronous across multiple timezones 

  • Think big picture to re-look at decisions that no longer make sense or double down on the ones that do
