The Role:
The VP of Clinical Operations will have responsibility for overseeing Cerebral’s clinical teams: Medical Team, Behavioral Team, Clinical Support, and Clinical Operations. This role will need to balance diving in deep to process details and triaging fires, but also flex into a strategic mindset and empowering direct reports.

Department Head
Budget
Design & create a metrics-driven organization
Responsibility for team growth and development, recruitment and retention, reward and recognition, and ongoing evaluation
Create and nurture Cerebral’s core values and best practices within your org
Participate in leadership meetings
Working Cross Functionally
Work closely with Chief Medical Officer, who oversees clinical education, safety and quality efforts
Liaise with the clinical product team (under R&D org) to build a roadmap and prioritize needs within your department
Liaise with legal & compliance teams to ensure clinical teams are up-to-date and compliant
Clinical Operations Leader
Own the “supply” strategy of Cerebral
Optimize and automate workflows between your teams
Establish and enforce best practices for the various systems and workflows (slack protocol and usage, naming conventions, etc.)
Metrics You’ll Be Responsible For
Clinical quality
Clinician eNPS and churn
Client NPS
Clinician coordination cost-efficiency
Utilization and capacity, in conjunction with service line P&L owners
Job Requirements:
7+ years of experience
3+ years in the day-to-day management of large clinical teams
Experience working in a fast-paced, digital health startup environment
Experience in continuous quality improvement, systems, and processes desired
Incredibly process- and metric-oriented
