Client Relationship Manager

Our fast-growing team is seeking an experienced Relationship Manager to working closely with the Sales teams and Media Operations teams, you will be responsible for overseeing, maintaining and growing relationships for multiple accounts. This role will involve cross-functional and client-facing communications for media relationships.

This position is fully remote

In this role you will:

  • Interface with the content sales team to outline all content deliverables and ensure timely delivery

  • Own day-to-day relationships with a diverse set of partners

  • Cultivate relationships and identify new opportunities to expand existing partnerships

  • Conduct regular meetings with clients to discuss program progress and success

  • Work directly with clients and cross-functional teams (including editorial, creative, video production, marketing, sales, TV and media operations) to execute and report on sponsored content programs

  • Work with Sales and Media Operations to identify areas for performance reporting and identify opportunities for improvement

  • Enter, manage and report on monthly deliverables in Salesforce

  • Ensure a seamless flow between the close of a deal through campaign execution

  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues that arise by presenting solutions that meet clients’ needs

Desired Skills and Experience:

  • 5+ years of related work experience in client services or sales support roles within the digital media industry

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business or a related field or equivalent expereince

  • Excellent project management skills

  • Strategic, consultative approach to clients with the ability to understand their needs, create meaningful solutions and set proper expectations

  • Presentation/public speaking experience a plus

  • Understanding of the media mix and which components can help deliver on clients’ goals and expectations

  • Strong attention to detail

  • Proficiency with HubSpot and Salesforce/Marketing Cloud preferred

  • A team player who can work effectively with multiple teams to oversee program development and success

  • Self-starter with strong time management skills

  • Ability to juggle multiple projects and meetings per week
