Reporting to the Director of Talent Acquisition, the Technical Recruiter is responsible for the full recruiting cycle including sourcing, recruiting and hiring qualified professionals for all technical positions. It is an integral role operating as a recruiter and business partner to deliver strategic talent initiatives, provide coaching to Hiring Managers and teams, and drive alignment for efficient and exceptional hiring.
What you'll be doing:
Collaborate with functional leads and hiring managers to understand hiring needs and ensure we are delivering the best talent to grow our teams.
Creating unique multi-channel and market-specific search strategies that attract bar-raising engineering talent
Actively source candidates to build and fill hiring pipelines supporting our high growth environment.
Develop prospects into candidates and assessing for role fit, level, and motivations by conducting calibrated phone interviews
Advise teams on best practices in hiring including structuring interview teams and process, securing feedback and championing DE&I efforts to ensure equitable and inclusive hiring practices.
Build and manage candidate relationships throughout the application, interview, and post-hire lifecycle to ensure a seamless and smooth experience.
What we're looking for:
4+ years of experience as a Technical Recruiter in a fast paced startup or tech company
Familiar with sourcing tools, technical platforms, and online communities geared toward engineers
Familiar with technical specs for engineering roles in backend, frontend, full-stack, and other areas of engineering specialization.
Previous ATS experience, preferable Greenhouse
Proven ability to attract high caliber candidates in a fast paced environment.
High level of integrity as well as personal accountability.
