Director of Operation
Who We Are
Pivofy is a Chicago-based boutique collective specialized in implementing end-to-end ecommerce solutions for D2C, B2C and B2B e-commerce companies. We build functional, state of the art, high-performing and results-driven e-commerce websites.
‍
We're considered leading Shopify & e-commerce industry experts but, above all, we take pride in our reputation as ethical and decent humans. We commit on three basic principles when we take over a project: We deliver on scope, on time and on budget. We guarantee 100% client satisfaction, and our reviews and references speak volumes about our track record.
We have been producing results with Shopify Plus since 2013, and we also implement and have partnerships with other platforms such as ReCharge, Smile, Gorgias, Yotpo, Klaviyo and ShipStation to name a few. Our services include web design, custom development, platform migrations, subscription implementation and B2B implementations. We take full ownership of projects and work directly with partners and vendors to meet the goals and expectations defined by our clients.
We care about and appreciate our hard-working team members, and prioritize transparency and a work/life balance. When you work for Pivofy, you:
Have a direct impact on the company and the work you do.
Are compensated for the work being done. When we grow, you grow!
Experience uncompromisable client satisfaction.
A few points on culture
