Manager, Talent Brand

We're looking for a Manager, Talent Brand to build and define our global talent brand strategy. In the last 12 months, we’ve gone public, acquired companies, and transitioned to remote-first. We need help telling this story! We are proud of our Affirmers, their work, and our mission and vision - we want you to bring that to life. You will lead the small but mighty Talent Brand team of 2 to develop a scalable strategy as we continue to rapidly expand! The ideal candidate is someone who has experience crafting a global talent brand strategy and people management experience. This role will report to the Senior Manager of People Experience.

What You'll Do

  • Build out a robust strategy of talent branding campaigns that support our highest impact hiring priorities

  • Report out on our successes and areas for improvement by taking a data-driven approach to everything you do

  • Lead all aspects of our affirm.com/careers site as well as all external hiring sites

  • Work closely with internal partners in Talent and DEI to tap into key areas for focus

  • Partner with our Marketing, Social, and Communications Teams to ensure the way we depict Affirm is always on brand and up to date

What We Look For

  • 7+ years of talent/employment brand experience

  • 3+ years of people management experience 

  • Experience developing a global brand strategy

  • Strong project management experience

  • Previous people management experience

  • Comfortable in an ambiguous and vibrant environment and have a shown attention to detail with accountability to see projects through

  • Familiarity in problem-solving- sometimes things go wrong, you can problem-solve on the fly

  • A passion for getting the details right, but also knowing how to ship on time

  • You seek to build positive relationships with key partners and use your expertise to drive the process forward despite any obstacles

  • Bonus points for experience in M&A related work
