Marketing Creative Producer

We are looking for a talented Creative Producer to join our team!

The role will involve working with concepts around player motivations for different groups, tailoring content to each source, identifying key success factors and best practices, and sharing them with other teams. You'll also gather and develop expertise in playable ads, establish best practices for using this format, and ultimately create hit creatives that set trends across the entire genre.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate ideas for advertising creatives, both independently and collaboratively with the team

• Write video scripts and visualize concepts through diagrams, storyboards, and reference selection

• Work with a team of artists and animators to bring ideas to life, providing timely feedback throughout production to ensure the desired outcome

• Analyze creative performance and draw conclusions based on metrics

• Refine successful concepts and generate new ideas based on UA data

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

• Proven experience in marketing at a mobile game studio or publisher as a Marketing Creative Director/Producer

• Strong understanding of performance marketing and the ad production cycle, with the ability to control key stages

• Experience in identifying and interpreting market trends, and the ability to generate and adapt successful ideas
