What we’re looking for
The Director of Strategy will be a leader within the newly created Performance & Strategic Initiatives function at Arcadia. As Director of Strategy, you will help build a strategic planning function for the business as well as lead strategic projects that help accelerate the growth of the company. You will develop a deep understanding of the markets and customers, help develop the plan that prioritizes resources for maximum impact and establish how we track, measure & communicate the overall health of the business.
You will partner with groups across the business including our sales, product, marketing, finance and data team to set company goals, plans, and execution. You will be a trusted partner to senior leadership at Arcadia who shares data-driven id eas to direct company strategy and plans. The ideal candidate is both a proficient doer and a forward-thinking strategist with a high capacity for growth and an ability to adapt and move fast.

What you’ll do
Lead the company-wide goal-setting and tracking process, while challenging the organization to address opportunities and drive processes to exceed goals consistently
Lead the annual and quarterly strategic planning processes in partnership with leaders across the business
Co-create and implement a company-wide prioritization framework that assigns value and cost to decisions to ensure the most impactful projects get resources
Develop a deep understanding of how an energy data platform can build value across a diversity of industries, markets, and geographies
Incubate growth initiatives into business plans and establish cross-functional operations to support the execution
Run high-value cross-functional projects that accelerate Arcadia’s strategy
Use data to drive key levers of the business through strategy and cross-team collaboration

Must-haves
Bachelor's degree
8-10 years of relevant experience at a top-tier management consulting firm, technology, or energy business
Experience partnering with sales and product management teams in a business-to-business focused industry
Excellent eye for business, analytical and reporting skills
Outstanding executive-level verbal and written communication skills
Passion for solving complex problems and building scalable processes
Comfort working in a high-growth, constantly changing environment
Experience in prioritization of deliverables and tasks, taking ownership, leading data-driven analyses, and influencing results
Experience in people management, including developing junior team members
Nice-to-haves
MBA or other relevant advanced degrees preferred
Experience in energy, climate, or sustainability
