Video content creator (On-camera)

About the role:

B12 is looking for a creative and efficient video content creator who’s comfortable being on camera and has experience making short-form videos. You will publish daily 30-60 second videos about our AI website builder on platforms like TikTok, YouTube Shorts, and Instagram Reels.

This is a remote opportunity with flexible hours (10 hours/week or less).

Responsibilities:

  • Film high-energy videos based on brand guidelines and talking points provided by our team (though we welcome your ideas!)

  • Create 2-3 videos (under 60 seconds each) per weekday, utilizing a mix of talking-to-camera and screen-recording formats

  • Incorporate trending audio and hashtags to boost visibility and engagement

Requirements:

  • Comfortable and natural on camera

  • Experience creating short-form video content, whether personal or professional

  • You already post regularly on TikTok, Reels, or YouTube Shorts, and have an instinct for what works on those platforms

  • Ability to work independently and deliver videos consistently each day

  • Can record, edit, and publish videos quickly (using CapCut or another editing software)

  • Strong communication skills and responsiveness to feedback

  • [Bonus points] You’ve had videos go viral in the past

Application process:

  • Submit 1-2 examples showcasing relevant short-form video content you’ve created (ideally including your voiceover or talking to camera)

  • In a few brief sentences, describe a video you’d create to get viewers excited about signing up for B12

Additional notes:

  • We're looking to collaborate with a creator for at least 2 months, producing content every weekday

  • At the end of the 2-month period, we’ll review performance and determine next steps

  • Creators will receive payment per video they deliver, with bonuses available for viral content

  • While this role is remote and can be based anywhere, your content should appeal to a US-based audience
