
Human Resources Director
The ideal candidate will act as an employee champion and a leader of change. You will plan, develop, organize, implement, direct and evaluate the organization's human resource function and performance.
Job Description
Partner closely with the CEO to assess & define talent requirements to recruit top-talent and advise on creative hiring strategy
Manage the recruiting process from initial contact through onboarding
Design and update job descriptions
Build and maintain robust pipelines with a strong emphasis on candidate experience
Screen incoming resumes and application forms
Provide shortlists of qualified candidates to CEO
Monitor key HR metrics, including time-to-fill, time-to-hire, and source of hire
Build rapport & relationships across all levels & functions to support exponential growth and achieve hiring targets
Proactively engage passive candidates, apply various sourcing techniques, partner with the recruitment marketing team on employer branding and social media strategy
Provide regular recruiting metrics to CEO
Steward of culture & brand; foster an amazing candidate experience
Qualifications and Experience
3-5 years of HR leadership, ideally in high-growth organizations
Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter recommended
Demonstrated success managing full lifecycle recruiting for a wide range of positions
Strong experience sourcing, engaging passive candidates, negotiating, and closing offers
Wide knowledge of recruiting and sourcing techniques & tools
Strong partnership/collaboration skills
Compensation
Part-time salary based on annual full-time range of $90,000 - $120,000 plus stock options, based upon experience and performance. Additional company benefits, and incentives will be discussed during the interview process.
