THE ROLE

We're creating a loved brand in Europe, and this is where your story begins! As the Brand Specialist, you will be a part of the Brand team, and play a pivotal role in helping increase our brand awareness and message consistency across all communication channels.

Specifically, we expect you to:

• Support in the execution of PR strategies and media relations.

• Support in the execution of offline opportunities.

• Manage and coordinate all the needs to successfully accomplish photoshoots.

• Manage internal copywriting requests with our network of freelancers.

• Seek new channels and activities to deliver brand-led growth.

• Support in market research and competitive analysis.

• Act as a brand guardian giving feedback on assets produced by our internal & external teams, and creating messaging guidelines to ensure consistency. 

MANDATORY REQUIREMENTS

• Minimum 4 years of brand experience.

• Experience in DTC businesses.

• Minimum 2 years at a medium-sized startup in the recent past, ideally at a scale up journey.

• Past hands-on experience with public relations.

• Love for dogs.

• Fluent in English.

• An eye for impactful design and copywriting, with the ability to give constructive feedback.

• Comfortable in high-pressure and high-stakes environments.

• Able to operate independently in ambiguous situations.

• Strong analytical mindset and problem-solving skills.
