Customer Service Specialist (Social Media)

Responsibilities

  • Monitor customer complaints on social media channels and reach out to provide assistance in a professional and timely manner via different communication tools. 

  • Identify and evaluate customers’ needs to deliver satisfaction via public media channels without disclosing any sensitive or private information.

  • Provide accurate, valid and comprehensive information, and follow up with customers to ensure their issues are resolved.

  • Coordinate with relevant departments to quickly resolve technical issues.

  • Gather user’s feedback and suggestions and share with relevant business units/departments.

  • Handle any other ad hoc tasks assigned by supervisor.

  • Provide detailed report of case analysis and data analysis.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 1+ years’ experience in customer service, preferably in finance industry or e-commerce.

  • Excellent listening, speaking, reading, writing skills, excellent verbal and written communication skills in Thai & English.

  • Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment, understand how social media channel works. 

  • Proficient user of office systems, both customer service specific and windows package.

  • Confident, articulate, multi-tasking, hardworking and passionate.

  • Ability to exceed customer expectations.
