
Event Marketing Executive
⚡️ Your mission
As the Event Marketing Executive, you’ll support Birdie’s offline experiential marketing efforts across the UK and beyond, with a key focus on driving new business pipeline as well as nurturing existing customer relations. You’ll lead the execution of Birdie’s event strategy, reporting to the Head of Growth Marketing. Your challenge will be to deliver Birdie’s unique personal-touch promise by creating positively meaningful, helpful and personable experiences in a physical setting for prospects and clients.

Plan, build and execute in-person events at various scales to different audiences.
Coordinate internal and external communications around all events
Report against key milestones, deliverables, and outputs, providing evidence as required.
Requirements
🤩 We’d love to hear from you if
2+ Year as an event's executive experience
You have charisma and have proven in the past you can rally people around you
You're very organised and loves managing detailed executions of logistics
You’re skilled at managing different projects with tight timelines concurrently
You like to travel and build relationships with partners, vendors and visitors in person
[BONUS] - You work or have worked in the Care industry before
[BONUS] - You've managed business social media accounts in the past
[BONUS] - You have a driving license

Our salary packages are competitive, this role is £40k. We also generous grant stock options to any permanent employee at the end of the probation period. We do adjust salaries based on the cost of living index for employees based outside of the UK.
