Product Owner (T)

Team on the project:

PM, Tech Lead, 2x Backend Developers, 2x Smart Contract Developers, DevOps Engineer, QA Engineer

Requirements:

• At least 3 years of experience in Product Ownership or Product Management

• Blockchain expertise and experience with core financial processes

• Proficiency in Agile methodologies

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills

• Prioritisation and decision-making abilities

• User-centric approach to product development

• Effective stakeholder management

• Product strategy and roadmap development

• Continuous learning and adaptability

• Upper-intermediate English level

Responsibilities:

•  Apply Agile methodologies effectively in the blockchain domain for iterative development and continuous improvement

• Demonstrate strong knowledge of blockchain technology, including platforms, consensus algorithms, smart contracts, and DApps

• Define and communicate a clear product vision and strategy aligned with organizational goals in the blockchain space

• Engage with stakeholders at all levels, including business executives, developers, and end-users, to understand their expectations and address their concerns

• Develop a realistic product roadmap with key milestones, features, and deliverables, adapting it based on feedback and priorities

• Gather and prioritize requirements, converting them into user stories or backlog items, considering blockchain-specific capabilities

• Manage stakeholders at all levels, facilitating effective communication and collaboration between them and the development team

• Facilitate iterative development and delivery of blockchain projects, refining user stories, conducting sprint planning, and monitoring progress
