Other days, you’ll be preparing detailed presentations and business updates, driving follow-up and resolution for departmental and company-wide priorities. While operating the business doesn’t fall solely on your shoulders, you will be a critical part of it. If this doesn’t sound terrifying, you’ve likely been here before. And we can’t wait to support what you’ll do here next…

You should be ready to:
Use your organizational skills, meticulous attention to detail, high sense of responsibility, and general skillset to take on a wide range of high priority tasks
Zoom between the big picture and the tactical execution. You love being in “blue sky” brainstorming and problem solving sessions and you equally love distilling those ideas into execution in real life
Share your opinions and ideas. You are a really fun sparring partner on issues strategic, organizational, and operational. You ask good questions. You know when to keep pushing an idea and when to bring the conversation to next steps. You pride yourself on being organized and are a list-keeper. You not only keep track of tasks big and small to be done, but you tend to constantly re-evaluate their importance relative to the company at large

Communicate both verbally and in writing in a compelling and precise manner. You can quickly take complex concepts and communicate them briefly, simply and persuasively. You’ve demonstrated the ability to communicate at executive levels of mid- to large-sized organizations
Confidently create, scrutinize and improve everything from revenue models to pivot tables to dashboards. You’ve done the work before to make sure complex business reporting data is accurate, but you’re also able to cut out the noise by identifying the most salient data points to inform decision making
Easily build trust with others. You’ve been told you have high EQ, and you tend to form genuine relationships with others very quickly. But you can also influence others without the use of authority
Facilitate everything. You design thoughtful meeting processes and agendas and are skilled at chairing or facilitating meetings or sessions that make progress on high stakes discussions with senior stakeholders
