What is Byron Assistants?
We are a B2B SaaS-enabled platform called Byron Assistants. Byron matches businesses and professionals who are looking for help to offload their work with short or long-term tasks with our internal US-based virtual assistants.
We currently are at high 6 digits (USD) in ARR and we’ve grown 20x YoY!

All of our assistants are exclusively US-based, college educated, and have at least 3 years of virtual work experience.
Project manager has full visibility of all live projects on our back-end platform to ensure quality - before any potential issues arise.
Our Terms have a built-in NDA for each of our customers, and each of our assistants has an NDA with Byron Assistants as well to protect all parties.
What are we looking for?
We are looking for a full-time Chief Operator who is ready for a new long-term role and is actively seeking their next challenge; preferably someone who has owned/led their own B2B SaaS or agency business at some point to new levels, and has the drive and sees potential to scale Byron to multiple 7, even 8 figure topline in a couple of years.
Or, are you hungry, have dabbled on a few projects here & there, but really excited to steer the ship and scale Byron to new heights with great upside potential for you? We’d love to talk to you as well!
Operational excellence is a critical aspect of our continued growth. There are a lot of moving parts that need to be perfectly matched and delivered effectively and efficiently.
If you want a to-do list of tasks – this is not the job for you. We need a leader who is highly autonomous, proactive, strategic, has a high degree of accountability and is looking to make an impact. Essentially, we don’t want you to do all the grunt work - we want your brainpower!

Intangibles - Nice to Haves:
Previous experience leading a Virtual Assistant Agency or SaaS platform for VA services
Previous experience leading teams of 20 or more people
Ability to wear many hats in a constantly changing business.
What is owned by the Chief Operator?
Strategic Planning for growth in operations
We will look to you as our strategic planner, by understanding the larger picture for the company and breaking that down into strategic and specific steps that drive the team’s effectiveness, efficiency, and productivity in the attainment of our GOALS
Holding quarterly strategy meetings driving alignment throughout the organization
Actions Plans addressing operational gaps
We expect you to have the ability to improve the current built-out key performance indicator metrics and objectives
You will have to work and be on top of all company functions (product, sales, operations, marketing, finance) to tie it all together in the determination of gaps between the current status quo and our objectives
You are expected to streamline all organizational processes following the determination and implementation of action plans
Decision on critical operational concerns
You will be reviewing weekly operations updates from the Operations Manager and will provide direction on critical operational processes
Identify bottlenecks and remove them
Organizational Structure and Standard Operating Procedures
Systemized structural organizational adjustments to smooth operations and attain quality standards
Senior level customer success direction
From time to time, you may be involved in critical client deescalations
You will be responsible for creating a team and customer incentive plans for both retention and growth
P and L
Building forecasts and managing finances to ensure profitability
Optimize existing products for better financial and work margins
Compensation
Annual Base Salary: $50,000 - $100,000
Annual Bonus: 5-20% of base salary
Uncapped Upside Payment: 5-20% of all incremental equity generated during a liquidity event
Vest: 3 years with a 1-year cliff
