About the Role

The Chief Product Officer (CPO) is responsible for the operations, people management and strategic direction of our Platform function - a team of technologists, designers, product managers and data scientists responsible for our core digital product Catchafire.org. The CPO will report to our CEO.

The CPO is focused on developing and executing a vision and roadmap of the company’s products that will expand and deepen our impact and our revenue. Importantly, Catchafire’s solutions are multi-faceted, incorporating offline elements alongside online elements, and our CPO will have a vision that encompasses both in order to serve our customers’ needs.

As our CPO leading us into the next evolution of our offering, you will collaborate with the Executive Team to create our product vision and define, prioritize, and communicate short and long-term initiatives. You are responsible for oversight of our product strategy, technology product stack, and roadmap for new and existing products.
