The Senior Product Manager, Core drives Center’s core business line, which focuses on real-time expense management and card-centric travel solutions. As a key leader, you will oversee the development of our core product offering, ensuring it delivers unparalleled value to our customers by providing real-time spend visibility, control, and insights. Your role will drive strategic initiatives that enhance our product's scalability, performance, and usability, ultimately empowering businesses to streamline their financial operations. You will collaborate across teams to create features that reduce spend complexity, improve compliance, and increase operational efficiency. By championing innovation and customer-centric development, you will ensure that Centerremains a leader in spend management, driving both customer satisfaction and business growth. 

What You’ll Do:

• Drive Product Vision & Strategy:Play a key role in shaping the product strategy through the development of impactful features and initiatives, driving the execution of a forward-thinking vision for Center’s core business. 

• Drive Product Development: Lead the full lifecycle of product development, focusing on building and optimizing features that enable seamless spend management and travel solutions, ensuring efficiency, usability, and performance for our customers. 

• Collaborate & Innovate: Partner with engineering, design, marketing, customer success, revenue teams, and other cross-functional stakeholders to create innovative solutions that empower businesses to manage expenses and travel more effectively while driving business outcomes. 

• Customer-Centric Design: Leverage customer insights, data, and analytics to continuously refine and improve the core product, focusing on intuitive user experiences and real-time control over spend and travel. 

• Solution-Oriented Leadership:Identify and address challenges in real-time expense management and travel, ensuring that product enhancements deliver measurable improvements in spend visibility, compliance, and customer satisfaction. 

• Unified Vision Steering: Manage stakeholder alignment on business priorities, strategic initiatives, and trade-offs to ensure the core product evolves in line with market demands and Center’s long-term vision. 

• Adapt & Evolve: Stay ahead of industry trends and technological advancements to ensure Center’s core solutions remain competitive, innovative, and responsive to the evolving needs of our customers. 

Who You Are:

• You have a formal education in Business, Finance, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field. 

• You bring 5+ years of demonstrated success in Product Management, excelling in driving strategic initiatives, executing precisely, and delivering impactful solutions. You have a proven track record of leading cross-functional teams, managing complex projects, and ensuring alignment between product vision and business objectives. 

• You have strong business acumen, with a deep understanding of how product initiatives impact revenue. You can clearly explain business lines, revenue models, and growth strategies. You have experience making product decisions that align with financial objectives and drive measurable business outcomes. 

• You excel at leading product development from concept to launch, with a proven portfolio of delivering world-class solutions that meet customer needs and drive key business outcomes. 

• You have exceptional verbal and written communication skills. You can explain your approach and the impact of your work to non-technical stakeholders in a clear way and achieve consensus. 

• You possess excellent analytical abilities, leveraging customer insights and data to drive product decisions. 

• Your leadership skills enable you to work effectively across functions, inspiring teams to deliver high-quality products. 

• You’re adept in agile methodologies and product lifecycle management, emphasizing rapid iteration and customer feedback. 

• You’re innovative, constantly seeking to develop and implement solutions that simplify complex processes and make systems more intuitive and adaptable for users.

$120,000 - $200,000 a year

We offer an excellent compensation package for all Center employees. This includes competitive salary, performance bonus, generous paid time off, comprehensive health benefits and 401(k) participation.

The role's pay transparency salary range is $120,000 - $200,000 annually plus bonus and stock options. In addition, Center offers a Self-Managed PTO plan, 9 Paid Holiday’s, Paid Parental Leave, Commuter Stipend, and health care benefits including Medical, Dental, Vision, Long Term Disability, Base Life, AD&D, FSA, Commuter and 401(k).
