We are remote first forever with a 4½ day workweek that finishes every Friday at 1pm.
About the Team
The Partnerships team at Ceros is grounded in four strategic anchors - Creativity, Customer Success, Collaboration, and a marriage of Art & Science. Growing from this foundation we strive to open and grow new revenue channels, create stickiness amongst our client base, increase brand awareness, and foster community engagement.
The Role
We are seeking a Partnerships Associate to join our expanding team within Ceros. As a member of the Partnerships team, you will be expected to manage projects closed through our social media partners. You will be client-facing and regularly engage with brand and agency stakeholders, as well as the social platform sellers - to whom you will serve as a resource and knowledge base around our offering. You may also be brought in on special projects to support our ecosystem of growing social, integration and agency partners. You’ll be a fit for this role if you have strong organizational skills, confidence leading calls with multiple stakeholders, and an eager mindset to continuously expand and improve on our existing relationships.
Key Responsibilities
Social Channel Partners - Managing project lifecycle from project intake to go-live, including:
Working with legal and finance as needed on any vendor set-up needs, contract redlines, questions about billing, etc.
Delivering reporting + optimizations upon project completion (internal meeting for optimizations, delivering 3x reports/project, sending analytics recap to social channel partner, updating analytics tracker)
Managing Partnership pipeline for social partner and internal pipeline trackers.
Take on point-of-contact (POC) for projects with social partner and creative agency
Collecting brief/assets; Scheduling kick-off calls (KOC) and attending KOCs to field questions
Working with Project Managers to ensure all deliverables are on schedule.
Preparing, delivering, and executing Order Form (using production timeline provided by Producer); Handling all questions about billing and invoicing
Driving adoption of Ceros by rolling out new collateral, strategic planning (i.e. supporting social partner’s initiatives to drive project volume), rolling out mocks, sharing Ceros examples, sharing case studies
Working with the Social Partner team strategically to shape our offering (i.e. pricing, use cases, case studies, process updates, etc.)
Driving new Social Partnerships
Identify additional social partners and complete partnership applications
Driving adoption of Ceros by rolling out new collateral, strategic planning, rolling out mocks, sharing Ceros examples, sharing case studies
Spearheading a consistent Case Study Program for Social Channel Partners
Co-Marketing
Identify potential co-marketing partners, outbound potential partners, book meetings + take pre-call notes
Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders through completion
Product
Outbound potential partners
SaaS partner ecosystem market research
Work alongside partner leadership to prepare a presentation and deliver results company-wide
General Partnership Support
Expanding existing partnerships through our three identified primary channels: Social, Product, MarkUP IO
Responsibilities within these remain undefined but could be pulled in to support
Practical stuff we anticipate you having
2+ years of sales, partnership or business development experience
Strong organizational skills with initiative to take the lead when necessary
Competitive nature

Performance and growth driven mentality; meeting or exceeding quarterly targets
Industry knowledge and understanding of assigned industry or business vertical
