CloudTalk's Product team is searching for a talented Senior Product Designer to drive the development of our next-generation calling software. We're looking for someone who can translate conceptual ideas into tangible solutions, with a focus on crafting elegant user experiences for web, desktop, and mobile platforms.

What you will work on:

Help us expand design expertise by bringing experience and contribute to the AI-powered product design.
Develop, maintain and scale processes or practices for maintaining and maturing the Design System.
Bring new ideas, communicate design concepts effectively to engineers, product managers, and leadership through both visual representations and descriptive explanations.
Translate concepts into solutions and craft elegant UXs across our products.
Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
Understand customer needs alongside our product managers and participate in research, experimentation, and prototyping to find the ideal solution.

What makes you a great fit:

Portfolio showcasing excellence in product design and problem-solving abilities.
4+ years of experience in a product design role.
Strong knowledge of Figma.
Track record of creating, implementing, and maintaining expansive design systems spanning multiple platforms.
Previous experience in integrating design efforts with broader company initiatives, fostering cross-team and cross-functional collaboration.
Adaptability and comfort in navigating through changed project timelines.
Demonstrated ability to work autonomously as well as collaboratively within a team setting.
Demonstrated capability in managing multiple intricate projects simultaneously.
