The Opportunity

The Video Producer is responsible for CoinPoker’s long-form video output on YouTube and ambassador/partner content.

• Owns what gets made and how it comes together — from concept and footage through to finished video.

• Focused on turning poker into compelling content people want to watch.

• Requires deep understanding of poker as content and strong production judgment to deliver videos that perform.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop long-form video concepts and productions for YouTube and ambassador/partner collaborations.

• Plan and source footage (streams, tournament coverage, shoots, ambassador material).

• Shape story and structure, finding narrative tension, characters, and moments that hold attention.

• Direct the edit (cutting directly or briefing/reviewing editors), ensuring quality, pacing, and alignment with title/thumbnail promise.

• Adapt tone and style to each channel, delivering brand content and partner content tailored to specific audiences.

• Own production schedule across multiple channels, ensuring reliable content delivery.

• Apply retention findings and performance feedback to future concepts and edits.

• Coordinate with ambassador and partnerships teams on concepts, briefs, and turnaround.

• Use AI and modern production/editing tools to improve speed and quality.

Highly Desired Knowledge & Experience

• Portfolio of long-form video that held audiences, with ability to explain concept/structure decisions and performance metrics.

• Real understanding of poker as content — hands, players, personalities, stakes, and stories.

• Demonstrated ability to take a video from concept to finished piece.

• Strong instincts for story and structure, with judgment to cut what doesn’t serve the narrative.

• Experience planning/managing production across multiple videos/channels.

• Ability to adapt concept and tone across different channels/brands.

• Fluency with professional editing/production tools and AI tooling where useful.
