About you
You are a motivated self-starter who enjoys improving and streamlining systems in a creative and ethical business. As a change manager you thrive at ensuring operational initiatives meet objectives on time and on budget, and understand the human element and strategy needed behind the scenes to increase employee adoption and engagement. You are a creative problem solver and excel at staying up to speed on progressive trends and translating them into company procedures and systems that will support individuals to be successful within the organization.
What you'll do
Develop and maintain company policies, procedures, software, and systems to allow for efficient and productive operations
Create organized and easy to follow implementation plans, and prioritize company tasks effectively and efficiently using our project management software (Asana)
Maintain existing partnerships with vendors and develop new ones as needed
Provide support to senior leadership by preparing reports, evaluating corporate performance, analyzing and interpreting data and metrics, and making strategic recommendations for improvement
Support a diverse, equitable, and inclusive work environment
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree with 8 years of relevant experience
Experience in corporate operations in a fast-paced environment, including supporting leaderships teams with high-priority items
Demonstrated project management of operational initiatives
Demonstrated digital savviness (we use iOS for Mac, Microsoft Outlook, Zoom, Unanet, Asana, and Paylocity, just to name a few)
Excellent communication skills, including thoughtful listening, the ability to express complex ideas clearly and succinctly, and the ability to communicate well in writing
