Revenue Operations

Responsibilities:

  • Builds, implements, and improves sales and service teams’ systems and tools 

  • Designs and documents sales and service processes as well as analytics/reporting

  • Trains and works with Sales/Service teams on operating sales processes

  • Provides proactive insights on sales/service performance

  • Works cross-functionally to build/maintain business dashboards to monitor performance for relevant stakeholders of Sales/Service, Product Marketing, Finance, etc.

  • Leads and supports ad hoc and strategic sales strategy and operations initiatives

  • Collaborates with data analytics and data engineering

  • Works cross-functionally to define, develop, and implement key metrics that drive success for relevant stakeholders (Sales/Service, Product Marketing, Finance)

  • Helps strategize ideas to improve revenue operations and streamline our understanding of business dynamics

  • Executes on Content Marketing asks 

Qualifications:

  • At least 3+ years of experience in Sales/Customer Service/Success/Revenue Operations/Investment Banking/Consulting

  • Prior experience working in a startup or a growth technology company

  • Excellent Excel skills

  • Experience building in Salesforce and Marketing Cloud

  • Strong proficiency in SQL, Tableau, Mode or other BI tools
