Responsibilities:
Builds, implements, and improves sales and service teams’ systems and tools
Designs and documents sales and service processes as well as analytics/reporting
Trains and works with Sales/Service teams on operating sales processes
Provides proactive insights on sales/service performance
Works cross-functionally to build/maintain business dashboards to monitor performance for relevant stakeholders of Sales/Service, Product Marketing, Finance, etc.
Leads and supports ad hoc and strategic sales strategy and operations initiatives
Collaborates with data analytics and data engineering
Works cross-functionally to define, develop, and implement key metrics that drive success for relevant stakeholders (Sales/Service, Product Marketing, Finance)
Helps strategize ideas to improve revenue operations and streamline our understanding of business dynamics
Executes on Content Marketing asks
Qualifications:

At least 3+ years of experience in Sales/Customer Service/Success/Revenue Operations/Investment Banking/Consulting
Prior experience working in a startup or a growth technology company
Excellent Excel skills
Experience building in Salesforce and Marketing Cloud
Strong proficiency in SQL, Tableau, Mode or other BI tools
