The Role

On a typical day, you will...

  • Support the preparation of annual budgets / forecasts;

  • Prepare monthly management reports and dashboards for leadership and key stakeholders;

  • Analyse trends in revenue, costs, and other key financial metrics to highlight risks and opportunities;

  • Improve and document financial processes, reporting efficiency, and data accuracy.

  • Collaborate closely with other teams to understand business needs and deliver data solutions;

  • Continuously identify opportunities to streamline FP&A processes and improve efficiency.

About You

  • You are detail-oriented and learn quickly;

  • You are comfortable managing multiple priorities while meeting tight deadlines;

  • You have 3 or more years of experience in FP&A, consulting, investment banking, or a related financial role;

  • You have good knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets for data analysis and reporting, and familiarity with analytics and BI tools (e.g. Lightdash);

  • You speak English fluently (Portuguese, Spanish and/or Italian are a plus);

  • You have great communication skills and enjoy collaborating with different teams.

Salary range

 Our offers are based on the annual salary cost for the company. For this position we have a budget of 45.000 to 55.000€ that you can use to choose your base salary and optimize your net salary using Coverflex's pool of benefits.

Translating to everyday language, it would be a total gross package of 33.000€ to 40.000€ (plus meal allowance, health insurance and other benefits).

The stages for this hiring process are:

  1. CV Screening;

  2. Interview with People;

  3. Interview with Hiring Manager

  4. Case Study /technical interview;

  5. Final interview.
