
Director of Product Management

Our platform supports 10 million patients and is trusted by over 11,000 healthcare professionals across primary care and beyond in the UK.
With the proven success and validated product in the UK market, we are very exciting expanding into the US market where our platform can empower the clinicians and patients in flighting cancers in the US healthcare systems.
We are seeking an experienced and visionary Director of Product Management to lead our product vision and strategy in driving the US market expansion and growth. Reporting to the CTO and working closely with the CEO, you will oversee the entire product lifecycle, from ideation to development, deployment, and iteration. You will align the product roadmap with market demands, user needs, and long-term business goals while driving innovation in early cancer detection and patient navigation.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute a compelling product vision and roadmap aligned with the company’s mission and growth opportunities.
Oversee all stages of product development, from ideation to launch, ensuring products address real-world needs in healthcare and deliver exceptional value to users.
Collaborate closely with the CEO, Chief Scientific Officer, CTO, and commercial teams to align product strategy with scientific, technological, and business objectives.
Work closely with the CTO to ensure seamless integration of AI, analytics, and technology into the product suite, optimizing processes to achieve the product vision.
Lead the development and iteration of C my Signs and other patient-facing tools to empower users and expand access to early detection services.
Conduct product market fit analysis, ROI analysis to validate product's financial model, including product packaging and pricing
Work collaboratively across the organization to lead product launches and releases
Develop product marketing materials and collateral, support commercial and sales pursuits
Establish and monitor KPIs and OKRs to measure product performance and inform strategic decisions.
Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing product management and design team, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and innovation.
Monitor the competitive landscape and emerging market trends to ensure C the Signs remains at the forefront of healthcare technology.
Ensure all products comply with regulatory requirements, including Medical Device regulation, HIPAA, SOC2, ISO27001, and support the company’s efforts toward HITRUST compliance.
Manage the product budget effectively, balancing innovation with resource constraints to deliver timely and impactful product developments.
Requirements
Executive Product Leadership: Proven experience as a product leader in a healthcare SaaS or technology company, with a track record of managing and driving multi-platform product development integrated into healthcare systems (e.g., providers, payers and life sciences).
Strong experience in patient facing digital health app product development
Familiar with healthcare data integration and interoperability space in the US healthcare systems. well-versed in healthcare data and message exchange format such as FHIR, HL7 and HIEs; strong plus with experience working with leading EHRs (EPIC, Cerner, Athenahealth, eClinicalWork, etc)
Scaling Expertise: Demonstrated success scaling a product organization through periods of significant growth, ideally achieving $10M–$50M ARR.
AI and Analytics Integration: Strong understanding of AI and analytics, with experience integrating these into product development to solve complex healthcare problems.
Healthcare Domain Knowledge: Deep familiarity with regulated environments (e.g., compliance with HIPAA, GDPR) and the ability to design solutions for complex healthcare workflows.
Team Leadership: A talent-minded leader who can build, coach, and mentor a world-class team, creating an environment of innovation and accountability.
Collaboration Skills: Ability to establish trust and alignment across cross-functional teams, particularly with technical and scientific stakeholders.
Strategic Thinker: Comfortable navigating fast-paced environments, making strategic decisions, and efficiently allocating resources to achieve ambitious goals.
Strong customers-facing skill, ability to engage effectively with key customer stakeholders and exert influence and build consensus
Excellent verbal, written, and visual communication skills; strong presenter to both internal and external audiences
Education: Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree (e.g., MBA, Master’s in Product Management) is a strong plus.
