Bookkeeping Customer Onboarding Specialist

About This Role & Who Is a Good Fit

We are a bookkeeping firm that specializes in working with United States based Home Services and Construction companies.

The Onboarding team is responsible for helping take new clients into our system so that they are able to get accurate, accessible, and up to date financial information as quickly as possible.

The Bookkeeping Onboarding Specialist is a key part of that journey. It is the job of the onboarding specialist to work with a new client to figure out things like:

  • How are we going to get access to all their accounts?

  • What information do I need to clean up previous financial history?

  • What special processes do we need to tell our team about?

  • What is this client like, how do they work?

This role is a great blend of two skill sets, one being “Hey I understand Quickbooks and have an Accounting Background” and the second being “Hey I can talk to strangers no problem!”

This hire in particular is our second member of the Onboarding team! We are looking for someone who is smart, hungry, coachable, and is looking to join a fast-growing company.

We have doubled in size each of the last 3 years and are going to do it again - hence why we have this job post!
