The opportunity
Dialpad’s Field Marketing Manager will play a key role in designing, implementing and executing marketing programs and events in North America with the goal of generating qualified leads and accelerating the progression of opportunities in the sales pipeline. The candidate will be responsible for shaping the event strategy, creating and executing demand campaigns and managing account-based marketing initiatives. The candidate will also be responsible for monitoring performance and reporting on results.
What you will achieve
Plan and host digital and in-person events to create net-new sales opportunities, accelerate existing sales opportunities and deepen our existing customer relationships.
Partner with the regional sales team to help build brand awareness locally/regionally, and drive leads for your sales region.
Adapt digital and content marketing programs to the needs of the regional sales team.
Create, expand, and accelerate sales opportunities through regional and account-focused marketing execution
Manage marketing campaigns that promote Dialpad, within the marketing defined strategy.
Be an advocate for the sales region you support and help the rest of the marketing department understand their priorities.

Swag management for regional events.
Regional event and campaign strategy, decision making, and onsite management.
Event logistics in support of the team. From helping to book space for meetings to making sure the booth is staffed, and making sure every aspect of our events are well organized.
Ensure all events and marketing campaigns are delivered on time and within budget.
Measure and report on event effectiveness.
Who you are
You have a university/college degree, or equivalent professional experience that will help you succeed in this role. With 6 months of agency or in-house experience (can include internship experience), you will have strong research and writing skills. You can communicate complex concepts verbally and in writing clearly and succinctly. You are able to notice what others cannot with clear attention to detail. With an interest in partnering with the Sales and Marketing organizations, you are eager to contribute ideas to improve our brand awareness at Dialpad. Exercising sharp judgment, you prioritize tasks effectively and approach tasks with urgency in driving projects to completion. If this sounds like you, we want to hear from you!
