Studio Games Product Manager

Our Studio team focuses on creating games and on-platform experiences through first party development and partnerships. We’re looking for a Product Manager for our casual game development team. As a key player, you will collaborate with our internal game development team to define success metrics, design engaging systems, and drive player retention and monetization. This person will report to the Director of Game Development.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Design systems that engage, retain, and monetize players via free to play, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable gaming experience.

  • Collaborate with game teams to define success metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs) for titles.

  • Work closely with multiple cross-functional teams, including game designers, engineers, and artists, to develop and launch new features and updates.

  • Analyze game data, player feedback, and industry trends to identify areas for strategic improvements and optimize game performance.

  • Collaborate with marketing and platform teams to develop and execute player acquisition and retention strategies.

You Will Thrive In This Role If

  • You have 3+ years of experience in product management in the gaming industry 

  • You have a strong understanding and proven results in F2P game monetization and player psychology.

  • You have a track record of successfully launching and managing games or game features.

  • You have experience using data and insights to inform product development and strategies

  • You have experience managing multiple simultaneous projects, with the ability to bring structure to ambiguous challenges and engage with project teams in varying phases of development.

  • You have experience communicating product updates, milestones, and progress to internal and external partners, with the ability to work closely with cross-functional teams.

Bonus Points

  • Experience with web/html5 games and/or real-time multiplayer games.

  • Experience with user acquisition and retention strategies in the gaming industry.

  • Familiarity with agile development methodologies

 

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $185,000 - $203,500 + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role and level. Within the range, individual pay is determined by additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Please note that the compensation details listed in US role postings reflect the base salary only, and do not include equity, or benefits.
