Recruiting Coordinator

That is why Eight Sleep is looking for a Recruiting Coordinator to oversee all coordination and logistics of interview scheduling for the company. This is a critical role in the talent org where you will be an advocate for the candidate and help them to navigate Eight Sleep’s interview process. You will also have an opportunity to build and refine our recruiting process to optimize for an exemplary candidate experience. Join us today to scale Eight sleep! 

How you'll contribute

  • Work in an ambiguous environment and outside of your comfort zone wearing multiple hats 

  • Represent Eight Sleep at the frontlines, guiding candidates through the process and partner with Head of Talent Acquisition and hiring managers to optimize the best candidate experience 

  • Implement new systems and processes to increase recruiting operations efficiency 

  • Manage candidate workflow and track candidates via our applicant tracking system (Greenhouse)

  • Provide recruiting operations metrics to internal stakeholders with our internal systems 

What you'll need to succeed 

  • 2+ years of experience in a fast-paced and feedback driven environment handling multiple tasks in recruiting and operations 

  • Expect ambiguity and the opportunity to move out of your comfort zone. 

  • Experience working in a startup or a fast pace environment

  • Excellent written & verbal communication skills as well as the ability to easily connect with all types of people

  • Attention to detail & organizational skills; must be able to prioritize, maintain a positive attitude, & create an amazing candidate experience 

  • Able to adapt and pivot in a fast paced, ever-changing environment
