Technical Support Trainee - Temporary Position (3 Months, Potential Extension)

Requirements

• Strong interest in starting a career in technical support/IT.

• Knowledge of programming or scripting (JavaScript, NodeJS, HTML, CSS, Python – or similar).

• Great communication skills in English (advanced, oral and written).

• Problem-solving mindset, eager to learn and grow.

• Team player, adaptable and curious.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in investigating and troubleshooting customer-facing technical issues.

• Escalate complex problems to senior engineers or development teams.

• Document recurring issues and solutions to contribute to internal knowledge bases.

• Support monitoring of production systems and report incidents accurately.

• Learn and apply key tools (ticketing systems, SQL, APIs, monitoring dashboards).

• Collaborate with teammates and cross-functional teams on root cause analysis.

• Participate in training programs to build technical expertise in AdTech, analytics, and platform support.
