Our team is focused on building Evmos, the port-of-entry for launching applications across multiple blockchains.

Evmos is the Ethereum Virtual Machine (EVM) Hub on Cosmos and enables developers to launch apps that run smart contracts across any number of EVM and Cosmos-based blockchains. It makes that process as simple and seamless as possible by allowing developers to continue creating apps in programming languages like Solidity or Vyper they’re already accustomed to in the Ethereum ecosystem.

As Community Manager, you will be responsible for managing and nurturing a global and diverse community. You will have a direct impact on the health of the community on a daily basis by driving conversation, collecting user and developer feedback, and organizing innovative community events and social media campaigns.

You will be involved in various responsibilities such as community communications, user support via Discord, Telegram, Twitter, and organize community-related events like webinars and AMAs.

What you'll be doing

• Community management across Discord, Twitter, and Telegram.

• Manage all aspects of project launches, from messaging to social media.

• Manage governance and community proposals in a decentralized network.

• Engage the community by supporting organic growth in our social media accounts.

• Help with inbound issues and technical support requests.

• Organize events like webinars, office hours, AMAs, etc.

• Communicate and educate the community about the project.

• Listen and collect community feedback and reporting it to the Engineering teams to help improve our software.

• Report and escalate issues and bugs across Engineering teams.

• Identify and building key relationships with members of our community.

• Create and own a set of KPIs and dashboards for tracking performance and community growth.

• Develop and manage social media content calendars.

• Organize community events and hackathons.

What you will learn

• How to launch communication campaigns to engage with a highly active user segments.

• How to effectively manage a distributed team of community admins.

• A deep familiarity with blockchain technology.

Nice to Have

• Solid understanding of blockchain technology.

• Proactive in building your network and have published content under your personal brand.

• Technical writing skills.

• Familiarity with Cosmos and Ethereum blockchain ecosystems.

• Deep knowledge of Web3 and DeFi.

• Familiarity with "Crypto Twitter".

• Solid understanding of memes.
