🎯 Role Overview

We are looking for a highly detail-oriented and technically strong Technical Writer to elevate the quality, clarity, and organization of our engineering documentation.

This role will serve as a critical bridge between architecture/design teams and clients, ensuring that all technical artifacts are structured, comprehensive, visually engaging, and production-grade.

🧩 What you will do

In this role, you will:

• Bridge the gap between architecture/design teams and customers by translating complex technical concepts into structured, professional documentation

• Create and maintain current state, future state, and final solution documentation throughout the project lifecycle

• Capture procedures, processes, and implementation details with precision and clarity

• Document requirements, system environments, operational workflows, and project specifications

• Maintain and organize documentation repositories across teams and initiatives

• Author and contribute to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) across the organization

• Ensure all documentation reflects the final delivered solution and remains up to date

• Work directly with clients to collect testing data, screenshots, and operational details

• Maintain and enhance documentation within source code repositories

• Support engineering teams in producing consistent, high-quality technical artifacts

🧠 What you will bring

The top candidate will have the following skills:

Core Skills

• Exceptional ability to produce organized, professional, and visually polished documentation

• Advanced English proficiency with strong command of modern technical vocabulary

• Deep understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC)

• Meticulous, detail-driven mindset, obsessive attention to accuracy and completeness

• Strong experience with Markdown (syntax fluency expected)

• Experience with MultiMarkdown, LaTeX / TeX

• Familiarity with documentation version control in source code repositories

Tools & Platforms

Experience with diagramming and collaboration tools such as:

• Miro

• Lucidchart

• Visio

• Mermaid

• Draw.io

• FigJam

Ideally, you have…

• Spanish proficiency

• Artistic or design background (ability to enhance visual clarity without compromising technical precision)

• Experience working directly with clients in technical environments
