The Position:

  • FullStack is seeking a talented and experienced Community Manager / Head of Culture to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in community and culture management, HR, and branding. You will be responsible for building FullStack's brand with software developers and other IT professionals, promoting our services, and developing initiatives to increase engagement and retention of our community members.

What you'll get to do:

  • Build and promote FullStack's brand with community members who are primarily software developers and IT professionals.

  • Develop initiatives to increase engagement and retention of our community members.

  • Develop and execute communication strategies that effectively convey the benefits of joining the FullStack talent network.

  • Manage FullStack's Glassdoor page and respond to reviews.

  • Plan and execute virtual and in-person company events on a monthly basis.

  • Plan and run events such as hackathons and meetups.

  • Create and manage high-quality company swag.

  • Conduct quarterly employee surveys to assess satisfaction and identify areas for improvement.

  • Write engaging blog posts to update the company on events and cultural initiatives.

What We're Looking For:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.

  • 3+ years of experience as a Community Manager, Head of Culture, or Developer Advocate.

  • Strong communication, organizational, and project management skills.

  • Strong writing and editing skills, with experience creating blog posts and other content.

  • Experience planning and executing events, both virtual and in-person.

  • Proven ability to develop and implement effective branding and messaging strategies.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a remote environment.
