
UX Program Manager

We are looking for a UX program manager who would be excited by the opportunity to take on driving GAT’s UX strategy and program, as well as provide day-to-day support and management of our current UX researchers and projects.

Core responsibilities
Lead the development of:
UX testing methodologies and deliverables
Building out UX resources, tools and processes
Implementation of UX tools
Ensure the success of:
Individual UX projects for our clients
Delivery of In-Market UX programs for our clients
Build a service delivery framework for the provision of UX services, including
Unmoderated studies
Moderated studies
Focus groups or User Interviews
Other UX testing solutions
Lead the development of new UX solutions within GAT
Piloting and developing new formats for UX testing/research
Implementing and maturing new UX testing solutions
Lead the hiring and management of UX researchers or freelancers to support the growth of GAT’s UX program, including;
Freelance local UX researchers or moderators
Internal GAT UX researchers
Other roles supporting the UX program at GAT
Support the development of GAT’s UX deliverables, including:
Building a framework for and conducting thematic analysis
Qualitative data analysis and synthesis
Pattern and trend analysis
Creating UX reports and summaries
Maintaining and developing an excellent partnership with clients who you will be overseeing the delivery of UX services for.
Constant communication with all the involved parties
Mutual agreement on study goals, timeline and criteria and execution approach.
Building strong relationships with client stakeholders
Optimisations coming from end-to-end system analysis between GAT & Clients
Problem mitigation and escalation
Build internal expertise at GAT in UX/Usability testing.
Supporting the training and development team members who are working on UX projects
Creating and maintaining training materials and resources for the UX program
Working closely with cross-functional teams to identify and evaluate research topics.
Coordinate with stakeholders (internal and external) to ensure project delivery
Monitor and report on the progress of the project to all stakeholders

What we're looking for
3+ years of UX research experience, including using qualitative and quantitative research methods and applications
2+ years of experience of managing or leading a team.
Experience in conducting interviews, contextual inquiry, surveys, usability testing, card sorting, etc.
Experience in setting up and moderating qualitative interviews with minimal supervision
Ability to work independently and research solutions
Self-motivated and self-managing, with strong organisational skills.
Experience working with UX tools including but not limited to Qualtrics
Ability to quickly and effectively share research results
Ability to perform all research-related tasks including research, planning, evaluating, and iteration
Ability to formulate specific, answerable, and practical questions
A strong desire for creative problem-solving with a positive attitude
Excellent time-management skills
Experience in managing multiple projects
Ability to present things visually
Experience working in a fast-growth startup with its autonomy and urgency.
A growth mindset that supports continuous learning and improvement.
A great attitude towards co-workers and management to put forth requirements and observations in a professional manner
